Brand-new, fresh-stock, genuine made in UK SU fuel pump for your Aston Martin DB5, DB6, or carburetted DBS. This is the original double-ended pump using new “pointless” electronic switching technology to increase reliability. As such, it is polarity-conscious, and will work only with negative earth vehicles. A positive earth version is available, but it is relatively easy to convert your car to negative earth so you can use your cell phone and GPS. Even though there are no points, the classic “ticking” is retained. As either end operates independently, you essentially have two seperate pumps with attendent reliability. Nice to carry a spare on those long drives!
